Celebes Toraja


This Indonesian coffee is low in acidity and full in body. It has a syrupy, rich buttery mouth feel. A bit rustic with a touch of tobacco, but not nearly as earthy or robust as the Indonesians from the island of Sumatra.

Colombian Mesa de los Santos


Organic and Rainforest Alliance


A wonderful single estate coffee certified Bird Friendly by the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center. It is also certified by Rainforest Alliance and is 100% Organic. Sweet caramel notes are upfront on the palate with lasting fruit notes and lingering hints of chocolate. Great acidity with good body.
